Brown County is home to
breathtaking scenery, some of the most rugged trails and hill terrain
in Indiana. Our Guided ATV Tours will give both young and old a taste of a
new brand of
adventure. An ATV (all terrain vehicle) is true to its name and will perform
great in the snow,
mud, water, or on dry ground. ATV Tours are offered year-round. |

About the ATV Tours... |
Brown County ATV Tours
Brown County ATV Tours provide year-round Historic
Guided Tours. The 2 hour adventure begins at Valley Branch Retreat. You
will explore old stagecoach roads, pioneer home sites, Indian campgrounds
and a graveyard dating back to the late 1800s. While traveling through
creek beds or traversing technical climbs and descents, you will
experience scenic vistas and peaceful lush valleys.
Our Tour Guides will recreate
Indian and Pioneer history while educating you on the unique natural
beauty of Brown County, In.
Our Ridge Runner Cemetery tour is
approximately two hours long including the safety orientation, test track,
photo and snack break. Most of our clients have never ridden an ATV. We’ll
show you how to operate the machine safely, explaining how to travel in
our small groups with minimal impact on the land.
 | 1 Hour introductory tour cost is $54.

 | 3 Hour Adventure tour cost is $129.

track, photo and breaks.)
-Snacks, drinks and water are provided on
the 2 hour tour.
-Helmets with face shields are provided.
-Boots, gloves and coveralls available to rent.
Clothing rentals include: boots $2,
gloves $2, coveralls $3 or all for $5. |
 | Bring your own utility ATV and ride with our guide.
Cost is $20 for first hour and $10 per hour after 1st hour.
Minimium is 3 riders and must book in advance. |

The Code for ATV Adventures... |
- All ATV riders acknowledge that ATV activity is
potentially dangerous and will hold Brown County ATV Tours and Valley
Branch Retreat Inc. harmless in the event of personal injury.
- All ATV riders must be 16 years old and must
show proof of valid driver’s license.
- Single riding only. Multiple riding only on
ATVs designed for 2.
- All riders must wear a helmet at all times
during the ride. Over-the-ankle boots, long pants and long sleeve
shirts are mandatory.
- Free riding without the tour guide is
forbidden.
- All riders must follow the tour guide in a
single-file line spaced a minimum of 30 feet
- Riders must take the responsibility to become
aware of the features of the ATV prior to the ride, including the
locations of brakes, throttle and ignition switch.
- Riders will be required to listen to a safety
talk. Riders must pass Test Track before participating in the tour.
Refunds (minus $20.) will be returned to those who can not pass the Test
Track.
- Riders who do not follow the above rules or
show reckless intent will be required to stop the ATV tour and walk back
to the retreat center.
- ATV riders will also be liable for any damage
to vehicles.
- ATV riders will be required to acknowledge
their agreement and understanding to the above rules prior to beginning
the tour ride.
- Preserve and protect the environment. Brake
evenly & tread lightly. (Pack it in, pack it out.) No smoking allowed
while riding.
