Let us provide you with the perfect setting for your next Recreational Event, Family Reunion, Wedding, Conference, Banquet or Party in our newly built HARVEST HALL. The hall has a complete kitchen and comfortable seating of 200 people inside, while the outside covered porches accommodate 50 or more. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the rolling hills, relax watching a sunset by the sandy lakeside of our 4 acre lake, and wash up in our new shower/ restroom facility. Perhaps you will spend the night at our Campground providing Primitive or a Fully Equipped camp sites. Or stay in our fully Heated and Air Conditioned *Camping Theme Cabins*
Our Manager/ Special Events Coordinator will custom fit your needs to a wonderful VALLEY BRANCH RETREAT experience. Rent only the hall or ask us to help you plan a totally catered event. Our caterers can provide buffets, snacks, and full course dinners with entertainment. Harvest Hall Rental Policies: Rental fee $250 - $550, depending on day of week, month and holidays. The non-refundable deposit for renting Harvest Hall of $300 is collected at the initial booking, accompanying your signed contract. The remainder of the non-refundable rental fee must be received in the sales office no later than 10 days prior to the event. Failure to meet the deadline will result in cancellation.
Catering at your request...
An event planner is available to help provide food and beverage needs. Catered functions are dictated by a signed and dated contract with Valley Branch Retreat Inc. A non-refundable deposit on the food, covering 50% of projected cost, must be received no later than 14 days before the event or all food and beverage plans will be canceled. Any group serving alcohol assumes all liability and responsibility. All state laws related to the distribution and consumption of alcohol must be strictly followed. The group must maintain the alcohol in a private setting and not exposed to the general public. Valley Branch Retreat is not authorized by the State of Indiana to handle alcoholic beverages.
Billing Policies...
Hall rental fees must be paid for in advanced. Failure to meet the 10 day requirement for pre-payment will result in cancellation. * Tax exempt groups must provide an Indiana General Sales Tax Exempt Certificate 10 days prior to your arrival. Valley Branch Retreat assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, damages, and Valley Branch Retreat assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items at the facility.
